As a young, growing startup, aiOla faced the challenge of attracting top-notch talent with very little brand awareness. This lack of familiarity with the company made it difficult to draw in strong candidates and convince them to join the team. aiOla needed to find a way to draw candidates’ attention to our career site and get them to engage with them on a deeper level.
aiOla implemented the Team Me platform integrated with their ATS (Comeet). This enabled them to create personalized experiences on their career site and send LinkedIn messages and interactive emails after an application had been submitted, as well as providing content prior to interviews. In addition, aiOla incorporated videos into their recruitment strategy in order to better engage potential applicants. These videos highlighted company culture and introduced key members of aiOla’s team, making it easier for job seekers to get an accurate picture of what working there would be like.
The results speak for themselves: there was a 251% increase in unique career site visitors, 52% of those visitors watched the videos, and the average time spent on our career site increased by 40%. The average time candidates spent on our career site was 1:46 minutes. This reveals how effective leveraging video content can be in boosting candidate engagement. What’s more, all of these improvements were achieved without any EVP or branded materials!
